Who We Are
Paul Bowden
Paul has been dedicated to providing solutions to both individuals and organizations for their benefit and human resources needs for over 20 years. Paul’s extensive knowledge and industry relationships enhance his ability to navigate solutions that are not one-size-fits all. He is a graduate of Belhaven University and holds degrees in accounting and business administration. Prior to founding Bowden Benefits Group, he worked in the accounting and financial investment industries and was a co-founder of a wireless telecommunications company. Paul is a Gulfport, MS native and currently resides in Jackson, MS.
Graham Bowden
Graham has been serving in the benefits space for over 10 years, serving both individuals and organizations. Graham is an integral part of the Bowden Benefits team. Graham vets and implements new products and programs that provide solutions to the needs of each of the firm’s clients. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and holds a degree in Managerial Finance. Graham is a native of and currently resides in Jackson, MS.
Robbie Wilbur
Robbie comes to Bowden Benefits Group following a 31 year public service career, with his last 18 years serving as communications director of a large agency in the State of Mississippi. Robbie is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant earned from the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) and holds two degrees from the University of Alabama. Robbie is a Columbus, MS native and currently resides in Madison, MS.
Allen Guy
Allen joined Bowden Benefits Group after having served over 30 years in the banking and finance industries. Through his experience and analytical approach, Allen provides a fresh prospective on employee benefits that seek to provide financial stability to employees while limiting costs for employers. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and is a native of Fayetteville, NC. Allen has called Mississippi home since 1989 and currently resides in Ridgeland, MS.
