Individual Coverage, Navigated for You

The individual market is tight, especially here in Mississippi, but the right fit is almost always out there. We help you find it.

How we approach individual coverage

The right move depends on your health, your budget, and your situation. Here is where we usually start:

Short-Term Medical

Often our first look for healthy applicants. Medically underwritten, so it can deliver solid coverage at a noticeably lower price. The catch: no pre-existing conditions and not comprehensive, so it is not right for everyone.

Fixed indemnity

A budget-friendly option for younger, healthier, cost-conscious people. Pays first-dollar benefits from the very first claim. The trade-off is limited protection in a major event.

ACA marketplace

Comprehensive but noticeably more expensive in 2026. The enhanced federal subsidies expired at the end of 2025, premiums jumped for many, and those above the subsidy cutoff were hit hardest, especially in Mississippi. Networks are narrow.

Health care sharing (medishare)

Know what you are buying. These plans are not insurance, are not regulated like insurance, and do not guarantee your medical bills will be paid. Considering one? We will walk you through what that means.

We also help individuals protect their income and their families with life and disability insurance, including a disability plan that can provide benefits for childbirth for people working 20+ hours a week, a feature many plans do not offer.

And our help costs you nothing: we are paid by the insurance company you choose, and your price is the same either way. No cost, no obligation.
